About Me

Growing up in Central Florida, Reed began playing professionally at Disney World resorts at the age of 14. He was awarded the Buddy Rich Jazz Masters Scholarship and a Professional Music Scholarship to attended Berklee College of Music where he received his Bachelors Degree in Music. Reed has performed and recorded with such musical greats as: Howard Johnson, Jerry Bergonzi, Dave Bargeron, John Petrucci, just to name a few.

Reed has been teaching in Salem, NH since 1994. His students have attended Berklee College of Music, Manhattan School of Music, The Hartt School of Music, etc. Reed currently performs throughout the Northeast with original music acts Moon Boot Lover and Red Tail Hawk.
